The "National Highly Cited Researchers" list is published by the China Academic Literature Evaluation and Research Center of CNKI. Based on domestic academic journal papers and conference papers indexed by CNKI, the list employs scientific methods to analyze the research performance of Chinese scholars. It selects those who have produced prolific research results and demonstrated significant academic influence over the past decade (2015-2024). The evaluation metric used is the weighted total PCSI (Paper Citation Standardized Index) of the author’s published papers. Due to its objective and authoritative data sources, the list has become one of the essential indicators for measuring scholars' research achievements and academic impact.
The inclusion of multiple faculty members in this list is a testament to the college's long-standing commitment to the "Talent-Strong College" strategy, continuous efforts in faculty team building, and the optimization of the academic ecosystem. The College of Civil Engineering will take this opportunity to continue fostering a strong academic atmosphere, encouraging faculty to dedicate themselves to research and strive for excellence. We aim to produce more high-level and influential research outcomes, contributing further to the university's "Double First-Class" initiative and national technological innovation.
