Experimental Center was established in 2012, reorganized and merged from departmental laboratories into an independent educational institution. The Experimental Center comprises ten specialized laboratories, including the Structural Engineering Laboratory, Building Materials Laboratory, Geospatial Information and Surveying Laboratory, Building Environment and Equipment Laboratory, Geotechnical Mechanics Laboratory, Hydraulic Engineering Laboratory, BIM Informatization and Virtual Simulation Teaching Center, Water Supply and Drainage Laboratory, Mechanics Laboratory, and Urban Construction Engineering Laboratory. These laboratories are distributed across three campuses: Tunxi Road Campus, Feicui Lake Campus, and Xuancheng Campus, with a total of 119 individual laboratory rooms and a combined floor area of 11,366 square meters.

The Experimental Center is equipped with instruments and equipment valued at approximately 50 million RMB. It includes more than 15 precision instruments valued over 400,000 RMB each. The key equipment consists of an MTS hydraulic servo system, seismic simulation vibration table, NI data acquisition system, environmentally coupled loading test platform, ultra-heavy drop hammer system, 1,200-ton multifunctional large-scale test system, high-speed cameras, dynamic foam analyzers, electromagnetic shakers, non-contact testing systems, Hopkinson bars test systems, high-performance computing platforms, gas-phase mass spectrometry, acoustic emission data acquisition systems, and standard stress path triaxial testers. All major precision instruments are accessible through a shared service platform for the benefit of students and faculty conducting scientific experiments.

The Experimental Center employs 14 full-time experimental teachers and 3 adjunct teachers. Seven of the staff members hold doctoral degrees, and eight have senior professional titles.
