The 'Double First-Class Plan' for undergraduate program construction initiated by the Ministry of Education in 2019 is an important measure for the comprehensive revitalization of undergraduate education in China, improving the talent cultivation capacity of universities, and achieving the connotative development of higher education. As of now, our college has four majors, namely 'Civil Engineering,' 'Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering,' 'Water Supply and Drainage Science and Engineering,' and 'Surveying Engineering,' that have been selected as national-level first-class undergraduate program construction sites, accounting for 50% of the total number of undergraduate majors in the college.
