The Experimental Center of our college was established in 2012, formed through the reorganization and merger of departmental laboratories into an independent teaching institution. The center includes 10 specialized laboratories, such as the Engineering Structures Laboratory, Building Materials Laboratory, Earth-Space Information and Surveying Laboratory, Building Environment and Equipment Laboratory, Geotechnical Mechanics Laboratory, Hydraulics Laboratory, BIM Information and Virtual Simulation Teaching Center, Water Supply and Drainage Laboratory, Mechanics Laboratory, and Urban Construction Engineering Laboratory. The laboratories are located across three campuses: Tunxi Road, Emerald Lake, and Xuancheng, with a total of 119 laboratory rooms and a building area of 11,366 square meters.

The center currently has instruments and equipment valued at approximately 50 million RMB, including 15 precision instruments worth over 400,000 RMB. These include the MTS Hydraulic Servo System, Seismic Simulation Shaker, NI Data Acquisition System, Environmental Coupled Loading Experimental Platform, Ultra-Heavy Drop Hammer System, 1200t Multifunctional Large Testing System, High-Speed Camera, Dynamic Foam Analyzer, Electromagnetic Vibration Table, Non-contact Testing System, Hopkinson Bar Test System, High-Performance Computing Platform, Gas Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometer, Acoustic Emission Data Acquisition System, and Standard Stress Path Triaxial Apparatus, among others. All precision equipment in the center has been integrated into the shared service platform for large and precision instruments, providing scientific experiment services to faculty and students.
